We would like to recruit experienced kitchen chefs that would like to work in Sweden for a season= 2-6 months up to a year or permanently and already has a validity to work in Europe or Sweden. We have assignments all over in the beautiful Sweden and you will be hired directly at the establishment (it of course does not cost you to use our service/matchmaking).

POSITION
Experienced kitchen chefs and head chefs. Cold kitchen and warm kitchen.

START
We are seeking staff with a valid work permit for EU or working holiday visa for young people for all seasons, starting different times, but mainly you have to work the full season. Golfresorts Apr-Sep, Winter majority of destinations mid Dec-after Easter (Mar/Apr), Summer season mid June-Sep. But we also have other types of requests from our clients, so just apply!

ACCOMODATION
At the destinations the price for a shared apartment (but mostly room on you own) will be around SEK 3.000-3.500 (that differs though and will be answered by the employer). At more distant locations, the accommodation a lot of times is included, close to/in the cities you have to find accommodation on your own...and it is hard and expensive... Try looking at www.blocket.se (http://www.blocket.se), Airbnb.com (http://Airbnb.com), Facebook and if you don't mind just renting a room, the word "inneboende" might help searching for. You cover your costs getting to and from your destination on your own (international and national).

SALARY
The industry-agreement concerning the minimum salary, you can read at https://www.hrf.net/lon-och-villkor/din-lon/ You also are entitled according to law to get a minimum of 12 % vacation salary.

TASKS
- Cook wonderfully à la carte by international and European (Swedish) standard
- Cook, think and plan in a sustainable way
- Preferably know the HACCP-standard
- Make sure the raw material cost is kept to a minimum
- A lot of times you also have to do the dishes
- Contribute to a great team that has a lot of fun, work professional together and sell like hell ;)

PROFILE
At some establishments you work more or less alone at your shift, but a lot of times there are 2-5 chefs working at the same time. Staff is expensive in Sweden and therefore you work effective and in small teams. At some destinations you have to be flexible and work a lot when the sun is shining and less when it's raining or when the wind/snow is too tough. You are positive, cooperative, fast, flexible, creative and are a lot of times expected to take initiative. You will be loved if you try to learn some Swedish. Good English is a must!

DESTINATIONS
Small, big, medium. In the middle of nowhere, downtown the big cities, winter resorts, summer resorts, golf resorts. You tell us and we match your profile with our clients .
