Our assignments
Upgrades offers babysitting in several different forms, ranging from occasional help to spending many hours with the family and becoming like an additional family member. Based on your preference regarding age and number of children, we match you with a suitable family. The work includes picking up the child or children from preschool or school, basic food preparation , play and activities while maintaining a focus on language development. Each session is a minimum of 2.5 hours and you can combine several assignments to increase your total working hours per week.


As a babysitter at Upgrades, you will receive a course in CPR and have your own dedicated contact person who will help you get started and be there on an ongoing basis. We see this as a long-term relationship and wish that you stay with the family for at least 3 months and onward. Keep in mind that when we’re employing babysitters for Upgrades, we request an extract from the criminal records registry.


Other assignments at Upgrades
For those interested, there is also an opportunity to work as an English language coach for children and young adults or as an instructor at our language camps for children, where inspiring lessons are combined with excursions connected to the themes of the education.
