Work Process Developer Design to AB Lindex

Do you have work experience within project management and developing work processes within 3D Digital Design? Do you want to be part of a company with a higher purpose to empower and inspire women everywhere? We are looking for a Work Process Developer Design to our head office located in central Gothenburg.

Your role in our team 

You are a part of our Design, Purchase and Production Department, acting as a project leader for different department with related projects within design and garment construction. As Work Process Developer Design, you are training, supporting, developing our staff as well as facilitating our ways of working. You develop and update our work process to make sure we work in the most efficient way. You will take on the role as one of the project leaders for the implementation of design tool CLO 3D.

This is a substitute position for approximal one year, with preferable start date as soon as possible but according to agreement.

You have a well-known knowledge and experience with 3D design and construction of garment and like to share and train people.

You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment where you get to grow, learn and work with colleagues from different parts of the world. You are curious in digital tools and use them in your work as well likes to support your colleagues to improve in their daily work. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:

University diploma within textiles/design/garment technician
+2 years of experience using 3D garment visualization technology including CLO 3D or similar 3D design software
Well oriented in CLO 3D, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Passion for design technology and innovation
Swedish and English, both written and spoken 
Meritorious: Work experience from business development/innovation and process mapping within design and production
