Workday Implementation Specialist

As a Workday Implementation Specialist at Polestar, you will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the Workday Finance and HR applications used across the Enterprise. You will work closely with the Finance and HR teams to ensure successful implementation and provide documentation for each phase of the development life cycle. As an expert in the Workday product, you will lead and provide architecture for implementation of Workday related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support Workday Digital team members in production support matters related to Core financials, HCM, reporting, business processes, custom validations and integrations
Collaborate with business to create sustainable solutions to ensure results meet requirements and business needs
Mentor the Digital Operations team in Workday configuration tasks and empower team members to create solutions to be self-sustained
Foster ongoing Workday relationships relevant to Workday Community, to stay current with any supported system information, changes and updates
Support Integration lead for inbound and outbound data between Workday and internal/external systems.



Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent
+ 2 years of Workday Implementation and/or Workday support experience
Proficiency in Workday Finance and HCM modules and configurations
Knowledgeable in core financial processes
Workday Pro or equivalent certifications
Experience from the automotive industry is a plus
