Position Summary
We are looking for a Workday Integrations Specialist to join our Munters IT team. Munters is in the process to Implement Workday as our global HCM system and at IT we need to plan, maintain, and develop the integrations between Workday and our connected systems.
Today Munters have 3000 employees spread over our three regions EMEA, AMERICA and APAC that we supply IT services to, and they are being supported by an IT organization of 60 people. The Munters IT strategy is to standardize on a common global platform that primarily is developed and maintained at the Munters headquarters in Kista.
Key Responsibilities
As our Workday Integrations Specialist, you will be the key to successful implementation of all Workday Integrations and supporting applications. You will work closely with the HR team and their Workday team members and own the dialogue with other key stakeholders in IT and the Munters business areas. You will own the Workday Integrations platform, design, build, and deploy Integrations and support the users of the platform. Expect to have the possibility to form the role from your experience and to the needs of our organization.
Your Profile
We seek you that have many years of expertise and knowledge working with Workday or other major HCM platform in an international environment. You are self-confident in your area and work well on your own but are a good team player that can collaborate well with your colleagues. It is important that you can manage and drive dialogues with important stakeholders for this role to succeed. This also includes collaboration with our colleagues in America, Emea and Asia as well communicating with external vendors and suppliers as needed.
Experience and certifications
- Workday HCM and Integration certifications, or experience with other similar HCM/ ERP systems
- Understanding of XML and XSLT document transformation
- Proficiency in other middleware/integration platforms
- Experience of designing workflows to solve business and technical
- Proficient in use of English language
Desirable skills
- Understanding of cloud computing, web services and associated integration challenges
- Customer focus, with some experience in an internal client facing environment
- Able to understand needs and build relationships and ability to understand when to escalate issues
- Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues in remote working situations
- Capable of working within teams and alongside internal clients
- Execute individual tasks with limited supervision and have the ability to plan your own workload and meet deadlines
- Maintaining high quality and accuracy at all times
- Willingness to learn more and strive in depth about relevant subject matter
Other qualification that characterizes you are that you are service-oriented, enthusiastic and have a positive and open mind. You are good at communicating within your discipline and can communicate unobtrusively with other parts of our organization in an international environment. You master and are confident in using the English language and comfortable traveling internationally when it is required.
Location
The person we are looking for will be part of our Infrastructure and IT Operations team in Kista and will report to the Director of Global Infrastructure and IT Operations. The position is primarily based in Kista, Sweden, but could with the right candidate be based in any European country and we offer remote working capabilities.
