We are growing fast and now looking for driven and customer focused Workday Solution Consultants, Architects and Engagement Managers with different backgrounds and experience levels to join the team in Nordics, Baltics and India.  
In our team you will participate in the full implementation lifecycle, gathering business requirements, designing, developing, testing, deploying, training and handling documentation. You can also have an important role in pre-sales, creating solutions in bids for our customers and opportunity to proactively come up with new ideas to extend our business and to better serve our customers. 
As a (Lead/Senior) Workday Solution Consultant or Architect your role can include, depending on your experience level: 
Leading the assigned responsibility area 
Providing advice on best practices and approaches to the team and the client 
Comprehending client requirements and provide the business solutions 
Collaborating with the sales team to create and deliver client proposals 
Proactively proposing new ideas for our customers 
Supporting in presales and bid creation 
Proactively sharing knowledge and coaching other consultants in your own responsibility area 

As an Engagement Manager you’ll be guiding our deliveries using Workday’s standard methodology supported by our awesome Workday team.

Experience Workday or other HCM solutions implementations and services or 
Experience in HCM processes from the customer and administrative side
