For our client we are looking for a Functional Analyst.

Our client is offering an assignment that is best suited for someone that is interested in having the opportunity to work hands-on within all areas of HCM and enjoys building their Workday subject matter expertise.
The business analyst will be engaged in the requirement elicitation, design, development and maintenance of the HR applications used across the Enterprise. You will work closely with the HR teams to ensure a successful implementation and provide documentation for each phase of the development life cycle.
Main Responsibilities
Plan and manage features and upgrades
Work with key business stakeholders to develop business processes, goals, and improvements.
Partner across multiple functional areas to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
Serve as a the owner for one or more of Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Reporting and Security.
Design, develop, deploy and maintain of Workday configuration.

Deliveries
Design business processes and complex condition rules.
Own the process configuration design and maintain related documentation.
Provide support for Workday, including analyzing and resolving complex Workday problems.
Educate and promote self-service reporting with end users by utilizing various communication and training methodologies.
Support business requests for complex ad hoc reports and develop and maintain HR and other business reporting, analytics and dashboards.
Design and create and maintain security groups.
Regularly performs system audits to ensure the efficiency of processes and data integrity and perform data analytics and planning as per best practices.
Perform data loads to Workday.
Support product walkthrough and systems demos per business demand.
Competence Specification
Experienced in hands-on work across multiple modules in Workday.
Driven and self-motivated with a focus on results and strong sense of accountability.
Ability to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs as well as engage with business.
Understanding of object-oriented architecture.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Master verbal and written communication in English on a professional level, and prio work experience in an international context.
Proficient in agile methodologies and tools.
Integration knowledge (PECI and Studio preferably) is an added advant
