Arbetsuppgifter:

As a Workforce Management Specialist at Webhelp Nordic your main goal is to support the company’s assignments from workforce management point of view. Your focus is on organization, efficiency, and analysis of key performance indicators. You will forecast, plan, schedule, analyze and communicate staff shifts, using Webhelp’s internal system. Furthermore you will provide the production with trend measurement and analysis covering all areas related to adherence, service level and productivity. The role also includes close communication and cooperation with international management and client representatives.

Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
• Fluent English language, both written and spoken
• Work experience with different WFM systems, for example Teleopti
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly in Excel
