Our Client is an American public multinational corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of products and services predominantly related to computing through its various product divisions.
Its most profitable products have come to dominate the commercial office suite market, and the company’s operating system, which has achieved near ubiquity in the desktop computer market. The company has also diversified in recent years into the video game industry as well as into the consumer electronics and digital services market.
The Partner Channel Marketing Manager for Partner Enablement (PCMME) is key to our customer's partner strategy as part of the One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization. This role will work together with Area PCMME Lead to build partner capacity and capabilities leveraging appropriate digital engines, virtual learning and in-person events for targeted partners.


Key Responsibilities include:
Together with Area PCMME Lead drive partner enablement strategy and plan across our customer’s products and services:
• Understand Areal products and services capacity needs and gaps
• Create an end-to-end partner enablement plan across our customer’s products and services
• Validate enablement plan across relevant OCP roles to ensure alignment

Grow partner capacity through smooth execution of an Area partner enablement plan:
• Accelerate partner certifications and capabilities through the headquarter, local headquarters and local enablement programs and engines
• Land digital and in-person enablement engines and content thru PCMMs in the subs
• Coordinate with the partner recruitment team to engage new partners


Leverage the partner website to optimize local digital engagement:
• Ensure local trainings opportunities are integrated into the digital journey experiences on the partner website
• Ensure local webinars and other digital trainings are integrated into the partner website experience and platform

Optimize partner enablement execution through community collaboration:
• Coordinate overall partner enablement efforts with the subsidiary teams and engines to insure effectiveness
• Report on progress and challenges with enabling our partners within your local subsidiary and to the headquarters
• Share partner enablement best practices

Assist Area CM Lead in landing of partner transformation across 3 pillars: Programs, Commerce, Co-Sell
• On as needed basis assist Area CM Lead in communications and reporting, related to partner transformation


Who We Are Looking for:
Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution with proven results
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to connect digital and in-person marketing tactics using data. In-depth knowledge of Excel and Power BI analytical tools
• Good command of English language (speaking and writing), Fluent Swedish language (speaking and writing)
• Skills of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies:
o Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
o Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
• Understands how to scale marketing efforts across a portfolio of breadth partners by promoting self-serve tools and tracking consumption of the tools
• Obsessed and committed to optimal partner and customer satisfaction
• Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners


The candidates we are looking for are fluent in Swedish and English, only candidates with a Swedish work permit already in place will be taken into consideration and you must have relevant experience that reflects this position.
