We are hiring for Workplace Consultant. Please apply for the role if you are interested it is suitable for you:

Job Type - Permanent


Technical Capabilities / Skills MUST:
Strong understanding of Active Directory, particularly with implementing/troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Group Policy Preferences (GPPs)
Assist with administering active user accounts, managing computer containers and groups, along with Group Policy Objects (GPO) in Active Directory
Create and maintain Active Directory groups to target specific computer communities for applications.
Application Deployment, SD and Patch management
Perform software distribution and patch management to Windows and Android devices
Create and administer advertisements, programs, and collections in SCCM and SOTI
Basic PowerShell knowledge (read and troubleshot) is an added advantage.
Research and resolve technical issues related to the Client Operating System and participate/lead problem resolution efforts.
Create documentation on system designs, procedures, processes, and changes
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
Strong critical thinking, complex problem solving, appropriate judgment and decision-making skills
Responsible for special projects related to assignments, customer needs, or service management requirements
Experience with automation/configuration management is an added advantage.
Experience in Windows/SCCM is mandatory, Android/SOTI is an added advantage.
