Facility and Real Estate Management is a global function responsible for ensuring the quality of our facility management services worldwide, for optimising our real estate footprint and for providing safe, inspirational, and efficient workplaces that reflect the Tetra Pak brand.

Reporting to Corporate Director Workplace Experience within Facility and Real Estate global function, the Workplace Strategy and Design Manager will roll out innovative workplace environments that focuses on employee productivity and experience, supporting the continuous improvement of Tetra Pak workplaces. As well, will provide research, engagement strategy, analytics to support future ways of working. This role will be integral in implementing design solutions for all Tetra Pak workplaces globally. This is a new position whose incumbent will have the opportunity to shape the global workplace strategy in Tetra Pak.


The position will be preferably based in Sweden (Lund)/Modena (Italy) or alternatively other European locations depending on the location of the successful candidate


What you will do


· Engage with employees/stakeholders & business leaders at all levels through different media, with strong change capabilities to support the business direction.
· Structure, analyse, and synthesize research and data (quantitative and qualitative) to generate actionable materials.
· Work with cross functional project teams to implement the workplace strategy through planning and design concepts.
· Understand the vision of Tetra Pak and make every workplace project a vehicle of that vision through creative solutions.
· Create and execute scalable and adoptable workplace solutions.
· Work on creating and implementing creative solutions by keeping the business direction and the changing needs of the workplace in mind.
· Work along with leading international workplace partners to continuously raise the bar on the workplace experience in each project.




Who you are?
We believe you have:

· University education in Design/Architecture or similar. A Master degree is preferable
· 5 –10 years of delivering cross functional, international, corporate workplace design & strategy projects.
· Good grasp of workplace end to end solutions.
· Full understanding of design, construction and interior solutions to support and implement workplace strategy.
· Tech savvy abilities with a can-do attitude and strong project managerial skills (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Office Suite, InDesign, Sketch up etc.)
· Strong communication skills, role model for the customer-first approach and will have the energy and persistence combined with excellent persuasion and project skills, to enthuse others towards achievement of common goals.
· Agility to navigate successfully and get things done within a complex global structure while operating effectively at all levels of the organisation.
· An excellent command of English both written and verbally is required. Other languages are an asset
