Are you a graduate who wants to join our Workplace team this summer? We are looking for a Workplace Technician for technical support to our head office!

We offer you You will be a part of the team that is responsible for our 1st line support at Kappahl head office. The job offers you an on-site position where you will support our Digital workplace. We offer you an onboarding program, so you will feel comfortable right away in your role. You will be working with support, maintenance and helping internal customers with laptops, printers and other service requests.

You will be a part of the Workplace Team at Kappahl IT where we focus on offering our users a great digital workplace experience.

Your profile • You have in-depth experience working with computers and software from a technical perspective and it is great value for Kappahl if you know some of the following:
- Active Directory
- System administration
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM)
- Client server maintenance
- PowerShell
- The full O365 Microsoft suite
• Well organized, proactive and clear communication to the persons you meet.
• You take pride in having a high service level and you like interaction with the users.
• You are familiar with support ticket systems i.e. Jira, Azure DevOps or Fresh Service.
• You communicate freely in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

Your personality As a person, you are structured and have a heart for support and problem solving, react quickly on changed demands and are solution oriented, putting the customers needs first and can cooperate well with others.

You are interested in and understand the digital workplace technology and strive to learn more every day. As success depends on being a part of the team and you have an inclusive and social personality.
