Kappahl and the entire retail industry are in an intensive development phase and we have a number of exciting changes ahead of us! Will you be a part of this journey? We are looking for a team member during the summer 2023 as a Workplace Technician Store.
We offer you You will be a part of the team that are responsible for our 1st line support, in your role, you are the first point of contact for our store employees for technical questions or problems, primarily via phone, mail and our case system. Together, you in the store team are responsible for the IT that is in our physical stores, such as cash register systems, peripherals and other systems that the stores need to do in their daily work. You are independently responsible for collecting the information needed to be able to handle the matter case, to conduct an analysis and investigation of where the problem may lie. You document and secure handover to your colleagues so that the support is always as efficient as possible for the store.
You will be a part of the Workplace Team at Kappahl IT where we focus on offering all our users a great digital workplace experience.
Your profile • You have experience working in support with focus on IT, previous experience with store system, such as cash registers is advantageous, as well as experience in SQL, Power Shell and analysis of error logs.
• Knowledge of Norwegian, Finnish and Polish is a merit advantage.
• You take pride in having a high service level and you like interaction with the users.
• You communicate freely in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
Your personality As person, you are social and service-oriented and find it easy to talk to new people. You take great responsibility in your work and have a high degree of accuracy in what you do. You like to collaborate and have a genuine interest in finding the best solutions for the store. It is also important that you are solution-oriented and dare to ask the right questions, as well as have the ability to determine when your help is not sufficient, and the case needs to be taken further.
