We are now looking for a Workshop Manager to our Motors & Generators Service in Mölndal.
In this role, you will be executing after sales business activity, provide technical support, solve customer problem and achieve good customer satisfaction.
You will proactively involve in self learning and practical exposure for continuous competence and productivity improvement and maintain high level of personal leadership on safety and quality on work performed as well as documentations.
This position reports to Service Operations Manager.
Your responsibilities
Responsible in day to day activities involving strategic plans for optimized productivity on resource planning and utilization, effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit-making results for an organization.
Maintaining high level of personal leadership on safety and quality on work performed as well as documentations.
Proactively involve in self learning and practical exposure for continuous competence and productivity improvement.

Your background
Electrical, mechanical and technical awareness
At least 5 years' working experience
"Don't take no for an answer" mentality, good integrity and leadership skills
High attention to detail
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike
