If so, then Parts and Service Division’s Service Agreements and Workshops department is looking for you to join our global team.
Your mission
Within this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing Service Operation Procedures, Job Plans and Global Workshop Operations standards. You will be part of the preparation and validation of standard workflow processes. You will manage Workshop Operations Integrated Management System, as well as the end to end process of selected projects. To support Lean implementation in Workshops and promote Global Workshop Operations Efficiency KPI:s will also be part of the work.
You will ensure quality, safety and environmental awareness at the Customer Centers and that ISO and OSHA standards are followed (SHEQ). In this role you will be the owner of the global component remanufactured part numbers and build the global remanufactured serial number system. Furthermore you will participate actively in proposing Service Center Lay-outs and workflow draft when needed.
Your profile
To enjoy the work, you should be enthusiastic and have a strong personality with high motivation and energy levels. You are a team player with established leadership in a global environment and have an ability to share knowledge and information in a natural way. As a person you are well organized and independent, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have a University degree, preferable in engineering or similar competence developed through working experience.
You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Service Management related to workshops, as well as experience in Lean implementation and Job Plans. You have an experience of preparing, executing, leading, implementing and follow-up of projects. We believe you have experience in maintenance data bases and procedures and experience working with the analytics, development and implementation of workflow processes. Excellent skills and knowledge of MS Office and management programs.
As our corporate language is English, verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
Location
The location for this role is preferably Örebro, but other locations in connection to Epiroc Costumer Centers or Product Companies may be considered.
