Workshop Process Manager at Lynk & Co
Welcome to the team responsible for the workshop process and system development within Lynk & Co.
The workshop process covers the scope of initiation of service/repair to workshop until work is finalized and the car is ready to be delivered to customer.
We aim for having the most efficient and supporting process in the industry.
The purpose with the role as workshop process manager is to implement, develop and follow up the process used by Lynk & Co.
You will be located in Gothenburg, Lindholmen, but the role will include frequent traveling in Europe.

What you'll do

- Implement, develop, follow up and align the workshop process to the Lynk & Co business model i.e. time in workshop as short and efficient as possible.
- Travel frequently around EU for implementation, follow up and communication
- Work for a mind change in the workshops in EU
- Challenge existing automotive standards with new ideas and proposals for system solutions


What you should have

- Experience of process work in close corporation with end users
- Good collaboration skills with knowledge and interest of future automotive technologies
- Strong will to listen, learn and find new solutions
- Positive and flexible mindset
