We know that having a car can be a hassle. Especially when it breaks down. At Lynk & Co we believe we can do things differently. When it comes to workshop systems we design and operate automated service systems for our cars. This will secure a hassle free experience for the car user where we follow the status of the car and plan when to repair or service. Because who likes to go to the workshop?

What you'll do

As the Technical System Expert you are the key person between the market and the product owners. Your find the root cause to technical, system or information issues and secure short term solutions. Your will also provide input to long term solutions and improvements.

- When our Technical Support are stuck you will be the workshop systems expert whom they contact to be guided on how to act in technically tricky situations.
- You are the one to prioritize all issues and secure we always have the customer view.
- You always know the top issues and deadlines.


What you should have

To be successful in this role you have

- Vehicle diagnostic experience
- System development experience
- Analytical mindset
- Workshop experience is a merit.
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
