The Project Management department within the Packaging Material organisation is responsible for Project Portfolio Management, Project Management Capabilities and the Product Maintenance Process for Packaging Material.
We drive our Product Maintenance projects according to World Class Manufacturing principles.
To better support our projects to deliver sustainable and robust solutions as fast as possible we will strengthen the department with a World Class Engineering Coach.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Implement Best practice Tools and Methods, for instance for Requirements Management and Robust design
- Align methods and tools with World Class Manufacturing and central WCE initiatives
- Actively support Projects to apply WCE and WCM methodology
- Co-ordinate Competence activities related to Engineering methods
Kvalifikationer
You are self-motivated and ambitious with a high inner drive to deliver results.You are a networking person with good communication skills and you like working with other people.
The person we are looking for has a genuine education in Industrial Engineering including Systems Engineering and Quality Engineering/Robust Design.You are familiar with Requirements Management and Six Sigma.Experience from a manufacturing company applying Lean manufacturing, WCM or TPM is considered as additionally qualifying.
Very good command of English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is required.
