We are recruiting a driven and networking personality who can drive WCM activities within Capital Equipment.The position is based in Lund.

In this position you will be responsible for coordination and supporting the continuing improvement activities and coach the CE Internal and External Production and methodologies audit and implementation.Though the WCM activities will be highly prioritised within Capital Equipment you will meet high demands but also full support from management and the organisation.
In short you are promoting and enable the implementation of WCM concept and methodologies within the Supply Chain Capital Equipment.

You will
.Support elaboration and execute the global WCM Master Plan
.Assess the progress of the WCM implementation
.Lead, define and spread best practices
.Plan and provide trainings at all levels
.Provide methodological support to WCM coordinators and forum
.Promote and support cross-fertilization of ideas, knowledge and improvements
.Coordinate external resources and consultants
.Motivate and empower
.Communicate activities and results
.Stimulate change in traditional mind set

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we believe that you are an inspiring person that easily motivates people and have extensive pedagogical skills.We need a person who delivers results and a can work independently as well as together with people all over the organization, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.You also have a systematic approach to problem solving and the ability to create strong partnership with our stakeholders.

You have an education background preferably at University level.We require at least 3 years within the area of expertise and experience from TPM/Lean/or 6 sigma.You are skilled in written and verbal English.You must be prepared to travel about 40% of your time mainly in Europe.
