Are you ready for a new challenge in a dynamic organization in the heart of the lovely northern West coast of Sweden?
We are recruiting a driven and networking person for the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities within Additional Materials - Strips & Film.You will be based in Fjällbacka, Sweden.
Your main task will be to drive, support and coordinate the implementation and development of the World Class Manufacturing program in the Fjällbacka plant were we are about 80 employees.You will participate in and coordinate many interesting projects which will give you the possibility to develop a deep understanding of the different processes and activities of the organization
Main responsibilities
-Provide methodological support of WCM to the organization
-Facilitate and coordinate improvement activities and teams
-Drive change in traditional mindset
-Plan and deliver WCM training at all levels
-Facilitate benchmarking resources
-Participate in defining and monitoring targets and measurement tools
-Assess and communicate the progress of WCM implementation
Kvalifikationer
To be successful in this role you are self motivated and result oriented with a high inner drive.You have strong networking ability and you can work across organizational lines and functions.Furthermore you are an inspiring person that uses informal authority to drive people and influence at all levels in the organization.You have an analytical and systematic approach and enjoy the role of a clear driver as well as a team player.We believe you have the ability to transfer long term strategies into mid/short time actions.
Preferably you have a technical background with a University degree or equivalent.We require at least 5 years of working with World Class Manufacturing or other methodologies such as Kaizen, 6 Sigma, Lean or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).You have experience in team activities and running projects.You have great communication and presentation skills with a good level of both written and verbal English.
