Would you like to move to Amsterdam and work?Hays seek Norwegian Customer Service Representative for Millipore in Amsterdam!Summary of position The CSR is responsible for handling the customer's calls and for entering and handling their orders according to internal processes, in order to provide the most professional, accurate, errorless and timely service.You will handle incoming correspondence, faxes, e-mails and ensure interface with other internal departments.You will also analyse the cause of product returns, issue credit notes and invoices.In addition manage the flow of information within your area of responsibility, take necessary actions in line with the company's requirements and in order to satisfy the customer's needs.Main responsibilities .Manage orders proactively and follow up on customer calls . Coordinate changes to the customer database . Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments (such as Sales, Tech Support, Logistics and Distribution and other departments) . Monitor customer satisfaction .Administration of daily booked orders and additional documentation related to orders .Escalate business and/or process areas that require continuous improvement Education/Skills/Knowledge . Native Norwegian speaker, with fluency in English (written and spoken) . High school diploma plus 1 years experience within Customer Service, Administration or equivalent . Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, experience of working with Oracle is useful . Extensive communication skills (verbal and written), active listener .Customer Service oriented . Accurate, well organised . Team player, positive attitude Millipore will of course help you with relocation and there will be a relocation package that will help you get started in Amsterdam.Millipore will pay for travel and accommodation the first month of work.
