We are experiencing tremendous customer interest and are seeking a young dentist to join the our Dental team which is led by Nor Gradin. Our team is very experienced and our customers are very satisfied.

The position
As a dentist in our aligner therapy team, you will be part of an experienced team that guide our customer through their journey and treatment towards a new smile.
The position includes being involved and engaging with our customers in all stages from initial in-clinics consultation and scanning, follow-up discussions, consultations and interactions with our Orthodontist lab and technicians, treatment initiation and preparation as well as treatmentmonitoring and guiding our customers through the entire process.
We provide all the necessary training to master all steps in the process, including introduction to clear aligner treatments, scanning, clinical operations as well as managing the customer’s experience.
The position is full time and for the most part takes place in our clinics in Stockholm. For the right candidate part time can also be considered. Travel within Sweden can be expected to support and/or work in our other locations in Göteborg and Malmö.
In addition to aligner therapy, as a dentist you will also be working part of the time with general dentistry for adults. Our clinic in Sthlm does all types of dentistry from deneral dentistry to implants. We use modern technology and the goal is to give customers a comfortable and pleasant experience as possible. You will be working in very nice, modern luxurious clinics.
To feel at home in Nordic Smiles you must be comfortable in your role as a dentist and able to lead the clinical team and enjoy being part of our dental team. We work with delegated dentistry so you must be able to work on your own and lead teams that focus on customers. We appreciate that you contribute with new ideas and help us develop our offering, quality and service even further.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience from general Dentistry preferably including aligner treatments. Swedish Dentist license is a must.
Service industry experience with direct customer interaction and/or private clinic experience is a plus. Our priority no 1 is Quality and customer service and we love customers.
You are empathetic and easily able to connect with other people and provide a professional, calm and trustworthy service.
You are comfortable with technology and digital smile design and capable of working with Microsoft Office suite.
Our customers have a wide mix of age, nationality and background so mastering of multiple languages is preferable. Swedish is a must.
Prior experience with Aligner Therapy is not a requirement as we will provide the necessary training and certification.
