Young Talent Program Development Engineer

The Young Talent Program is a two years trainee program, starting in September 2010.As participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your talent and potential.You will also get an opportunity to really challenging yourself and grow both personally and professionally.

In the Young Talent Program you already from the beginning become recruited to a certain department and position.You will follow a development plan that is specific designed for you and your position.The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments; work in your own department and formal training and seminaries.

As a Development Engineer - Printing you will contribute to one of Tetra Pak's Key Technologies.You will work with improvement and validation of existing technical solutions as well as developing innovative solutions based on technical specifications.You will also participate in Technical studies according to the needs of the Key Technology area.

Kvalifikationer

For this position we believe you have a university degree with focus on Paper (Paper technology or Coating Technology).

As participant in the Young Talent Program you should have a mature and professional personality.You also have good communication skills and have the ability to create and utilise a broad network.We believe that you are a result oriented person with a strong technical interest and analytical ability.
