Young Talent Program - Flexography Engineer

We are looking for hungry newly graduates, who are motivated and willing to participate in our Young Talent Program - Flexography Engineer.


The Young Talent Program is a two years trainee program.During this time you will be guided by a personal mentor through a cross-functional plan within a Development & Engineering unit within Tetra Pak.You will get the chance to continuously improve your competences and to gain both practical and theoretical experience.
At Tetra Pak you will find a multinational and stimulating environment and you will have the chance to learn updated working methods in inspiring surroundings.

As a Flexography Engineer you will support our converting factories and Packaging Material projects with process, installation and commissioning competence on designated converting lines.

Some tasks could be to:

- Provide machine operation, equipment and process competence to Technology Development, Product development and Product Maintenance projects.
- Support converting factories at sites with trouble shooting
- Plan and conduct training programs at factory sites and at suppliers.



Kvalifikationer

The successful candidate has a personal drive and an innovative mindset.You are analytical and a good team player.
You have an excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.Experience abroad with students' exchange programs will be considered a plus.

You are a newly graduated or final year student from a 3 years technical school with focus on Flexography, covering from prepress to printing press.
