Young Talent Program Mechanical Designer

The Young Talent Program is a two years trainee program, starting in September 2010.As participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your talent and potential.You will also get an opportunity to really challenging yourself and grow both personally and professionally.

In the Young Talent Program you already from the beginning become recruited to a certain department and position.You will follow a development plan that is specific designed for you and your position.The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments; work in your own department and formal training and seminaries.

As a Mechanical Engineer you will work with the design of our filling equipment with a focus on complex dynamic machinery.Your task will include finding technical solutions for existing problems.

Kvalifikationer

For the position we believe that you have a Master's degree with in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on simulations of dynamic machines/parts.You have understanding for tolerance levels and choice of materials.Experience of design tools such as FMEA and Robust Design would be valuable.If you have knowledge in Mechatronics this will be considered as a merit.

As a participant in the Young Talent Program should have a mature and professional personality.You also have good communication skills and have the ability to create and utilise a broad network.We believe that you are a result oriented person with a strong technical interest and analytical ability.
