Young Talent Program - Project Management

We are looking for hungry newly graduates, who are motivated and willing to participate in our Young Talent Program - Project Management.


The Young Talent Program is a two years trainee program.During this time you will be guided by a personal mentor through a cross-functional plan within a Development & Engineering unit within Tetra Pak.You will get the chance to continuously improve your competences and to gain both practical and theoretical experience.

The tasks of a Project Manager will include:

- Plan, drive, execute and document all the activities of the specific project assigned
- Plan and manage resources and budget
- Daily manage project team resources
- Lead project to meet time, quality and cost objectives
- Assure to pass the different Tollgates at the Project Follow Up Meetings

Your initial tasks will be to assist the Project Managers in achieving the set targets.



Kvalifikationer

The successful candidate has a personal drive and an innovative mindset.You are analytical and a good team player.

You have an excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.Experience abroad with students' exchange programs will be considered a plus.

You are a newly graduated or final year student in the area of engineering with direction of project management.
