Young Talent Program Robust Design Engineer

The Young Talent Program is a two years trainee program, starting in September 2010.As participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your talent and potential.You will also get an opportunity to really challenging yourself and grow both personally and professionally.
In the Young Talent Program you already from the beginning become recruited to a certain department and position.You will follow a development plan that is specific designed for you and your position.The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments; work in your own department and formal training and seminaries.

As a Robust Design Engineer you will become a subject matter expert within your organisation, driving for best practice within the methodology.You will be facilitating and guiding design engineers in order for our design organisation to succeed in delivering on our targets.In time we believe you will be one of our platforms main experts in Robust Design.

Kvalifikationer

For the position we believe that you have a Master's degree within Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Physics, focus on design methodologies is seen as a benefit.You probably have a good understanding of quality engineering including elements such as Robust Design, design of experiments and engineering statistics.

As a participant in the Young Talent Program you should have a mature and professional personality.You also have good communication skills and have the ability to create and utilise a broad network.We believe that you are a result oriented person with a strong technical interest and analytical ability.
