We are looking for Media Specialist for YouTube platform for our client.

Job responsibilities:
• Build and foster long-term senior relationships with key budget owners on advertiser and agency side (planning and buying agency counterparts)
• Take ownership for Video/YouTube revenue development of subset of SE advertisers and work seamlessly with account owners and surrounding teams
• Design, deliver and implement mid/long-term advertiser brand (reach) marketing & media strategies around Video/YouTube
• Work cross-functionally to help develop scalable advertising solutions around YouTube and Video in general (i.e scalable activities, events etc)
• Shift share from TV to YouTube, converting one-off campaigns into always-on strategies
• Build sales canvas and planning packages around our seasonal and regional premium content offerings (i.e. sport, music, creators).
What makes this job unique:
As a YouTube Media Specialist, you work at the crossroads of advertiser, agency, and YouTube product development. Together with a small team of Specialists you represent YouTube in the SE market and bring the required knowledge and inspiration to the market and activate advertisers and their agencies on the platform. You will work with a subset of SEs largest global and local advertisers, responsible for driving incremental business growth and help to realize advertisers´ media and marketing objectives.
You´ll combine deep brand marketing, AV/TV product and commercial knowledge with strong presentation and communication skills. You´ll help develop the relationships with key stakeholders at the clients and their media partners/agencies. You´ll also work closely with internal YouTube Specialists, YouTube product teams and Account teams to smoothly drive advertiser, agency and Google´s business forward. This means you act like an owner, are entrepreneurial and have excellent relationship building skills.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree
• Ability to speak and write in English and SE fluently and idiomatically
• 7+ years of experience in TV/AV planning and buying on advertiser, publisher, or agency side
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong presentation skills and presence
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with(in) large local or global brands and their media agencies
• Deep knowledge of the AV/TV and digital Video landscape in SE
• Has a strong network in TV/AV SE landscape
• Has a sales mindset and strong track record of closing big media deals
• Ability to develop and grow senior-level relationships with advertisers and agencies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong commercial skills and experience with reach-based selling
